TAPIOCA STARCH
We offer top quality native tapioca starch according to EU standards and regulations to meet your needs in the food industry, but also in many other industries with our modified starches.

Tapioca starches are widely used in baking applications, frozen foods, dry mixes, soups, sauces, gravies, snacks, instant foods, noodles and meat and fish dishes. Tapioca starch does not require high heat to thicken quickly and produces sheen, which is an attractive attribute for fruit pie filings.
In addition we also provide the following modified tapioca starches for the different industries in the market.
Acetylated starch (E1420) (application in food industry such as: instant noodles, vermicelli, frozen fast food, ice cream, bread, sponge cake,…)
Acetylated distarch adipate(E1422) (thickener, stabilizer to make sauces, yogurt, ice cream, baked goods,…)


Acetylated distarch phosphate (E1414) (used in canned products, frozen food, chili sauce, ketchup, black sauce, sauces, fish balls, jambon, noodles,…)
Distarch phosphate (E1412) (stable binding agent in food thickening used in sausage production, candy, cookies, biscuits, medicine, meatball, surimi, jelly,…)


Pregelatinized alpha starch (animal feed, sponge-cake, coal, dried peanut skin,..)
Pregelatinized starch (E1422) (used as a thickener, gelling agent, or stabilizer in instant foods, beverages, and sauces, snacks)

Starch sodium octenyl succinate (E1450) (used as emulsifier, stabilizer in food: airy products, ice cream, juices, beverages, pastries, mayonnaise low fat; cosmetics: creams and lotions…., and pharmaceutical industries)


Oxidised starch (E1404) (used as a thickening agent, promotes adhesion and film-forming capabilities in industry as Textile Sizing, Paper, Gypsum board)
